About The Founder

An economist by education, a management consultant, a business advisor, a personal finance expert by profession, and a teacher, mentor, and a coach by passion. Faiez has over 35+ years of experience in helping people and organizations achieve their performance and financial dreams. Faiez is privileged to be trained at the world’s premier institutions, including Harvard Business School, NTL Institute, and Tavistock Institute. He is also considered a pioneer of various disciplines in Pakistan, including personal mastery, relationship sciences, holistic health, behavioral sciences, experiential training, change management, and spiritual sciences.
Faiez started his consulting career in Pakistan in 1990 with a large multinational management consulting company. With dozens of successful consulting projects with leading national and multinational business houses at his credit, he quickly climbed up the ladder and became a Partner and Director of the company in 1993. In his new role, he acquired a deep insight into the corporate boardrooms of the leading multinational organizations. These organizations’ never-ending appetite for profitability and tactics (mostly unethical) used to serve this appetite quickly made him disillusioned, leading to his resignation from this “so-called” glorified world, and stepping out on his own at the end of 1995.

Since 1995, our founder, Faiez Hassan Seyal, has worked tirelessly on matters of health and, through his audio cassettes, motivational seminars, and one-on-one counseling, created waves as a renowned Faith healer. Focusing on aligning our mind, body, heart, and soul with the laws of nature to achieve total wellness, Faiez has been blessed to cure Cancer, Arthritis, Infertility, Obesity, Depression, and countless other diseases that have been rendered incurable by healers from other schools of thought. Proudly being the last resort of his patients after they have exhausted all other options in order to have their full, undivided, dedicated willingness to ‘do or die’, Faiez has made the impossible possible.
Through instilling a purpose, a positive mindset, and a passion to heal, Faiez began giving his patients a life-changing experience in health and soon paved his way into the world of health as a “phenomenon”. Serving the masses through the platform of Verita, Faiez and his team introduced a number of workshops to teach positive and healthy living to those who could see the truth of his words. Soon enough, as participants became more educated and aware of the reality, their focus shifted from making money to building a good life for themselves, and the importance of health as a separate sector rose significantly. Verita-HEAL is an offshoot of the same realization, which highlights health as a foundation for quality living and as an alternate therapy to all health issues that conventional treatments have failed to address due to their minimal understanding of all facets that health encompasses.

The family legacy of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and spirituality continues for over 150 years and in three generations…
Faiez Hassan Seyal is the grandson of Nazar Muhammad Seyal, a renowned educationist. Nazar Muhammad Seyal founded the first-ever school for boys in Eminabad, Distt Gujranwala, which later became a high school and was nationalized. He had an MA in Islamic Studies, an MA in Arabic, an MA in English Literature, and an M.Ed. Although he was given many opportunities to move to government service in Lahore, he decided to stay in his hometown for the service of his people. He remained the headmaster of the school till his retirement. As a result, he was appointed the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. During his Hajj in the late 50’s (probably 1956), he was invited by Faisal bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, then the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, to a dinner hosted for an elite gathering of Hujjaj. Nazar Muhammad Seyal was asked to deliver a keynote speech, which he did in the Arabic language. He was awarded a prestigious award. He authored over 50 books on diverse subjects, including Islam, Geography, English grammar, and composition. He remained a teacher by choice until his death on January 03, 1980. He is buried in Eminabad, close to the school that he founded. His death anniversary is marked as a local holiday in Eminabad.

Dr. Arsalan Shahid
Dr Arsalan Shahid is a graduate (MBBS) of Wah Medical College (UHS) and has trained (FCPS) and served in prestigious Institutes like POF Hospital, Fauji Foundation, PIMS Islamabad, Ittefaq Hospital, and Sharif Medical City Hospital. He is also a Certified Hijamah (Cupping) Therapist, with a keen interest in the Ancient arts of healing. Dr. Arsalan is a Student of Faiez Hassan Seyal ( www.faiezseyal.com), who is the Pioneer Behavioural Expert and Holistic Health Coach of Pakistan, with (by Allah’s will) many miracle cures to his name.
Hanna Seyal
Hanna Seyal graduated from LUMS in 2014 with a BSc. Honors in Sociology and Anthropology, minoring in Psychology. She later went on to get trained by Human Behavior expert, Faiez Hassan Seyal. Hanna is now a homeschooling mother of three, and an emotional health counselor on matters of personal development, self-esteem, relationship building, and self-discovery. Hanna has also been a youth trainer for pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults for more than a decade, working with over 1000 youngsters and nearly 500 families on family bonding, parent-child relationships, parenting and homeschooling, along with pre-marriage training, life skills development, and grooming. Moreover, using her emotional health training along with her personal experience of facilitating the natural birth of dozens of women, Hanna works with her husband, Dr. Arsalan Shahid, head of the holistic health department at Verita, on matters of infertility, happy pregnancies, natural birthing, postpartum depression, and early motherhood concerns. Hanna is a passionate trainer and counselor who has witnessed the power of the teachings of Verita in her own life and has personally experienced victories in every area she now enthusiastically works in to forward those little miracles to as many individuals, couples, and families as she possibly can.
Nauman Shahid
Nauman Shahid holds a Bachelor’s in Media and Mass Communication, minoring in psychology from the University of Sargodha. Before discovering his interest in media, he also studied Electronics Engineering for a few semesters at the International Islamic University Islamabad. During his student years, Nauman attended various transformative programs at Verita, which significantly impacted his life and ignited his passion for making a difference. In 2014, Nauman joined the Verita team. Over the years, he has managed and organized over 350 workshops, seminars, retreats, and youth camps. Further, he has been Coaching and Delivering Sessions to Youth on the Topic of Media and Social Media Influence and Management in Personal Life, Online Persona, Self-esteem, Purposeful Living, Life Skills
Nauman’s expertise in media and communication, combined with his commitment to making a difference enabled him ( by the Grace of ALLAH SWT) to make a significant difference in the lives of the youth he works with, guiding them towards purposeful and fulfilling lives.
Sundus Ali
Sundus holds a Master’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Jamia Ashrafia, where she also taught for three years. Additionally, she has served as a teaching assistant in a short course on Communication and Presentation Skills at Punjab University. She has also had the privilege of working with top Muslim scholars from madrassas and serving as an instructor at Punjab University.
Experiencing both religious and secular perspectives has allowed her to integrate Islamic teachings into practical, everyday life, which later contributed to her understanding of the teachings she gained at Verita as a student in a nuanced light. Sundus was introduced to Verita in her early teenage years, after being inspired by Sir Faiez Seyal’s books and work. These learnings profoundly transformed her life, and instilled the passion to bring the same change in the lives of others, due to which she joined Verita in 2016.
Since then, Sundus has played a crucial role as a Verita team member, from hosting an audio podcast based on Sir Faiez’s book, “Together Forever”, to conducting youth training on grooming and mannerisms in the same camp she once participated in. Furthermore, Sundus’ intense enthusiasm for bringing positivity into family life paved the path to her training as a doula, where she learned the art of supporting mothers through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys, later instilling that knowledge in numerous Verita clients at the Verita Birth Platform.
Now, a mother of two herself, Sundus continues experiencing the power of the Verita message in her own life and constantly strives to bring the same miracle into the lives of everyone she comes across.
